Born and raised in Texas, Mike lives in the great music city of Austin.  Coming from a background of playing dance halls all over Texas and the Southern states, Mike has experienced the "rigors of the road" and the trials and temptations it brings.  After laying down the secular music business, Mike is now playing the music God has given him and is in full-time ministry, taking the message of Jesus wherever God leads.  Mike has four beautiful daughters Manda, Lauren, Morgan and Haley.  Plus, granddaughter's Emerson and Hendrix and grandsons Jamesson, Hudson, Everett and Jayce.  Mike has been happily married for 23 years to wife Laurie.  And don't forget the two new Mini-Dachshund puppies that have been added to the family.  Their names are Brown E. (boy) and Camo (girl).
